The Yoga Open classes focus on the fine details of yoga postures and breathing. A class starts with a 5′ savasana (relaxation pose), and gently moves into meditation and pranayama (manipulation of the breath). Next, there is a body awakening sequence consisted of a series of warm-up postures followed by standing and seated asanas and meditation to finish.
The students will have the opportunity to hold postures longer than in a flowing vinyasa class. Via this practice, the practitioners will explore the technical aspects and the effects of each asana both externally and internally. Open to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced as in each class is included a maximum number of modifications and hands-on assists.
All classes are bespoke, tailored to your specific needs and can take place in the comfort of your own home. There is also the option to hire a studio space -however the price will need to be adjusted accordingly.
