Athens: Taste of Heaven___

There is a spectacular area in Athens which is called Vouliagmeni. Every time I want to feel in harmony, this is the place I go. To the place that unicorns, Aphrodite and mermaids seem to still be alive.

Every time I am staring this beauty, I am thinking this is nothing more than a citadel part of an ancient city built on a hill. And then again, I say to myself: what makes this fortified part that stunning? An astonishing piece of excellent art survived through all these centuries. In case you have never been in Athens, maybe this is the right time and the right season to do it. Athens during the spring is magical.
